Effective July 20, 2026
Life Hub (“the App”) is a household organizer operated by Brett Lenners. This policy explains what data the App stores, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Account & household data you enter directly — calendar events, to-dos, notes, recipes, meal plans, journal entries, and similar.
Health & fitness data retrieved, only with your explicit authorization, from services you connect — including Apple Health, WHOOP, and Oura. This may include recovery, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, workouts, strain, and body measurements such as weight. We may also store body-composition figures you enter manually.
Authentication tokens for connected services, stored solely to retrieve your data on your behalf.
Data is used only to provide the App’s features to the account holders: showing your calendar and household information, and generating personalized health and nutrition insights and coaching. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Some optional features are powered by AI: the health coach, the week planner, the meal-plan generator, date-idea suggestions, and the wedding guest-list and vendor-quote import tools. These features send data to a third-party AI service to generate a response.
What is sent. Only the request you make and the information that feature needs to answer it — for example, the message you type together with the relevant health metrics and body stats, meal plans, calendar events and to-dos, date preferences, or the guest list or vendor quote you choose to import. Data you do not use in an AI feature is not sent to the AI provider.
Who it is sent to. The AI provider is Anthropic, PBC (the maker of the Claude AI models). Anthropic processes the data solely to generate the response and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models and does not retain it beyond the limited period needed to provide and secure the service. Anthropic is contractually bound to protect the data with safeguards equivalent to those described in this policy. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
Your permission. The App asks for your explicit consent inside the app before it sends any of your data to the AI provider for the first time, and explains what will be shared and with whom. AI features are optional; if you decline, the rest of the App continues to work and nothing is sent to the AI provider.
When you connect WHOOP, you authorize the App to access your WHOOP data via WHOOP’s official API using OAuth. That data is used only within the App to power your personal dashboards and coaching. It is never sold or shared with advertisers.
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting WHOOP within the App or from your WHOOP account settings. On disconnection, we stop retrieving new data and delete the stored access tokens.
The App is private to its account holders. Health data is private to each individual by default and is not shared with the other account holder unless you choose to share it.
We rely on infrastructure providers to operate the App: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI features). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Data is stored in a managed database with access restricted to the App’s own server credentials and protected by row-level security. We retain your data while your account is active and your integrations are connected.
You may disconnect any integration, request export of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
